• Take 95 SOUTH to Rt 9 NORTH.
• Take the Bow Ln exit 12 to Harbor Area
• Turn left at Bow Ln
• Bear right at Saybrook Rd
• Continue on Main St Ext
• The YMCA is on the right at Union Street,
• Turn Right at Union Street,  Parking is in back.

From Rt 2:

• Take Exit 18 (RT 16) Turn left.
• Follow CT-16 for about 12 mi (to end of 16)
• Bear left on  CT-66.
• Continue to follow CT-66  into Middletown
• Continue on MAIN ST - go 0.4 mi past RT 66
• Turn Left on UNION ST -
• Parking in the back of the YMCA
